Of course. Your first 100 messages are free.
Will I get locked into a contract?
Absolutely not. All our plans are billed monthly, and you can cancel anytime.
What happens if I run out of messages?
You can purchase packs of 500 messages. Unlike your monthly allotment of messages, your purchased messages will roll over from month to month.
What currency are your prices in?
All prices are in US dollars (USD).
Can I customize ClevrBot’s responses?
Customizing responses will be available on the Pro plan and higher (coming soon).
Is my data safe with ClevrBot?
We follow and use industry-standard best practices, including using access controls and encryption to keep your data safe and secure.
Will my information be stored and used by third parties?
We use third-party partners for our AI models, but your data is not used to train any models.

Does ClevrBot read images?

Why won’t my ClevrBot chat widget show up?
Make sure your chat widget is enabled in ClevrBot settings. If you’re still having issues, try clearing your cache on your hosting platform and CDN.
