Will my information be stored and used by third parties?

We use third-party partners for our AI models, but your data is not used to train any models.

Will I get locked into a contract?
Absolutely not. All our plans are billed monthly, and you can cancel anytime.
Is there a free trial available?
Of course. Your first 100 messages are free.
What happens if I run out of messages?
You can purchase packs of 500 messages. Unlike your monthly allotment of messages, your purchased messages will roll over from month to month.
Does ClevrBot read images?

ClevrBot currently does not read images on your website.

Why won't my ClevrBot chat widget show up?

Make sure your chat widget is enabled in ClevrBot settings. If you’re still having issues, try clearing your cache on your hosting platform and CDN.
